Dear Dr Clair,
Bella is doing very well this week and her bopttom is back to normal. She says thankyou and I thank you. I have attached a picture of her and Bosco (her brother that you cared for the month before and who was also adopted from Happy Tails) so you can see how happy they are together. They are both gorgeous!

Hi There,
I would just like to comment on the staff and the passion each of you share at happy tails.
It is refreshing to walk into a veterinary surgery and see each staff member’s genuine smile.
We absolutely love Charlotte and her enthusiasm and sometimes very enthusiastic voice!!! (Well all of the time very enthusiastic voice) hehe
I really associate her with the energiser bunny. On the go all the time and she never seems to curb her excitement or stop.
It makes both my wife and me (and of course our gorgeous furballs) feel like we are the most important clients that she has seen all day.
I think we look for reasons to come into the surgery to visit as we love the atmosphere that all your staff provides.
