We want you all to know the depth of our heartfelt gratitude for all the love and care you have given Ptolemy over the years and espicially during his last 3 weeks !
Your compassion, understanding and guidance for all of us throughout this was a great comfort and support.
It was always so clear to us that Ptolemy trusted you completely and felt your love and admiration by the way he always relaxed with you!
Although this was one of our saddest times in our lives, his final day was truly beautiful and sacred. Thank you for making it possible for him to pass peacefully at home, and for the deep respect and sensitivity with which you treated him. What a most beautiful gift you gave us!!
While he was not 'streetwise', he was incredibly brave and selfless to the end. Ptolemy has taught us how to live with grace and dignity, and we are so glad that his beautiful, wise soul has also touched your lives!

To Alison, Audrey, Jay, Scott, Emily, Jess, Deb, Susan and everyone at Happy Tails,

I am writing to you to say THANK YOU from the deepest part of my big doggie heart for everything you have done for me over the years.

I had been to many different vets in my 13 years, but when my Dad found you I was soooooo happy because I knew at once I had found my second home... and my second family.

Everytime I got sick and Dad brought me in to see you, I felt better the minute I walked in the door and saw your loving smiles. And even when I was having my seizures and I was really, really scared I knew everything would be OK beacuse you always made me feel better.

I thought of you as my 'angels' whose love and amazing healing skills took away not just my sickness, but my fears as well.

Well, now I am in Doggie heaven, you should know that there are lots and LOTS of angels here.... and they are all just like you. So I was right all along- you are angels.

Before I go and chase rabbits with my new, young-again legs, I want to tell you from my heart that I love you and thank you for every kindness you showed to me, and my darling Dad.

Please know that although my tired, broken old body was beyond even your amazing healing skills, you healed my heart by taking away all my fears and loving me so much.

I can never thank you enough, and I will never forget each and every one of you. And I know my Dad feels exactly the same way... because he told me so.

I have to run now 'cos I think I just saw a rabbit! Oh, and guess what? They run much slower up here so I might catch one for once! (Don't worry, I will kiss and cuddle him gently when I do!)
Thank you again. I love you. And I'll see all of you up here one day.. of that I am certain.

I wanted to send you a very big thank you ( & to all at Happy Tails) for helping me with Tilda. It was a very difficult, confusing and emotional time whilst Tilda's parents were away and your extreme efforts, dedication, comforting and vet skills made me feel less 'hopeless'!
Thank you so much for 'being there' for us and helping Tilda recover from a traumatic even in her little life!

Thank you so much for your care of Molly over the lst few years. As you know she was a much loved member of the family and I realise many of you were especially fond of her.
Molly has been buried in the garden and we have planted a rose bush over her, called Golden Girl. We have enclosed a photo of her in her younger, livelier days-we hope you can find a spot on one of your walls for it.

Dear Dr Clair,
Bella is doing very well this week and her bottom is back to normal. She says thankyou and I thank you. I have attached a picture of her and Bosco (her brother that you cared for the month before and who was also adopted from Happy Tails) so you can see how happy they are together. They are both gorgeous!

Thanks so much for introducing us to little Tigger (aka Apple). We attach a photo of Tigger and Pluto at their first meeting at Happy Tails and on Tigger's first day at home.

Hi There,

I would just like to comment on the staff and the passion each of you share at happy tails.
It is refreshing to walk into a veterinary surgery and see each staff member’s genuine smile.
We absolutely love Charlotte and her enthusiasm and sometimes very enthusiastic voice!!! (Well all of the time very enthusiastic voice) hehe
I really associate her with the energiser bunny. On the go all the time and she never seems to curb her excitement or stop.
It makes both my wife and me (and of course our gorgeous furballs) feel like we are the most important clients that she has seen all day.
I think we look for reasons to come into the surgery to visit as we love the atmosphere that all your staff provides.
